Kashfa who hails from Bhawana in Chiniot district, called for an investigation into the alleged circulation of the material and urged authorities to take legal action against those responsible. But amid the rapidly spreading claims, one crucial fact remains unresolved: the authenticity and origin of the alleged video have not been independently established.
In the clip, the Tiktoker said material described as a private video was circulated online without her permission. Her appeal has prompted renewed discussion about the vulnerability of social-media personalities to unauthorized distribution of personal material.
However, no publicly available evidence cited in the reports conclusively establishes who obtained the alleged material, who first uploaded it or whether the video itself is genuine. There is also no confirmed information establishing whether the material resulted from hacking, unauthorized access to a device or account, voluntary sharing followed by redistribution, or digital manipulation.

As of the latest available reporting, there is no confirmed public finding identifying a person responsible for the alleged leak. Available coverage also does not establish a confirmed arrest, publicly documented forensic authentication of the video or a definitive finding concerning its source.

The controversy is unfolding against the backdrop of a wider wave of alleged private-video leaks, cyber-harassment incidents and deepfake accusations involving Pakistani influencers and TikTok personalities.
Over the past several years, public figures including Minahil Malik, Imsha Rehman, Kanwal Aftab, Mathira Mohammad, Maryam Faisal, Alina Amir, Sumbal Malik, Rajab Butt, Sajal Malik, Samiya Hijab and Hareem Shah have been linked in media coverage to similar controversies.
Minahil Malik faced alleged intimate videos sccandal and publicly disputed some material as AI-generated. Imsha Rehman became embroiled in a major 2024 controversy involving alleged private videos, followed by reports concerning legal proceedings and an alleged arrest.
Mathira also faced the Deepfake scandal along with Alina Amir who publicly called out AI-generated clips as part of a cyber-harassment. Kanwal Aftab and Maryam Faisal were also named in reporting during the wave of alleged leaks that generated significant attention in 2024.
Old cases, including the controversy surrounding Hareem Shah, shows difficulties involved in controlling private material once it spreads across social-media platforms.
