Gladiators, captained by Saud Shakeel, won a game out of their two matches so far, while the Shadab Khan-led United are looking to open their account in the tournament.
Islamabad United suffered a defeat against Multan Sultans in the opening game, while the clash with Peshawar Zalmi was abandoned without a ball being bowled due to rain.
